Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

    Multiple Shipments

    Because some products may ship from different fulfillment centers, items in the same order may arrive separately.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Delayed Deliveries

Incorrect Address Information

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
